Top Arc Homes founders started their design and construction activities back in 1994. They gained a lot of experience in design and construction of 5 to 15 story buildings, residential homes and recreational villas for over 20 years. They gained an excellent reputation among design & construction companies under the name of Frabvand Paydar  Engineering(FPE).

FPE has been involved in international projects in cooperation with architectural firms from Austria and Canada and it has grown exponentially in this cooperation, and since 2012, under the name of Top Arc Homes, it has been involved in several brand-new custom home projects in Canada (GTA), including single family homes and townhouses, as well as renovation of existing homes.

Our structure is a set of consulting (feasibility study for home investment projects), design (new homes and renovation) and construction management. While the scale of our projects has varied, regardless of size, they still benefit from the direct involvement of our senior people. Every build is a high priority, and every client takes full advantage of decades of technical know-how and hands-on experience.
